obert over at Refuse gives us another slice of blistering hardcore from this California band. SBV are a little more on the melodic end... the vocals are clear and catchy, so much so that I can see this appealing to people into the more melodic bands in Bridge 9 records, but there's also plenty of this bile and grit of harder SXE bands like Bloodtype and Coke Bust. Awesome stuff from a venerable label.
